Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist for a strong rehabilitation program in Ashland, Kentucky. This day‑shift role is perfect for a PT experienced in functional rehab, mobility training, and delivering high‑impact patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Complete PT evaluations and build individualized therapy plans
Deliver interventions to improve gait, balance, strength, and daily function
Document patient progress accurately in EMR
Collaborate with PTAs, OT/SLP, nursing, and care‑coordination teams
Support patient/family education and long‑term wellness planning

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour days | 40 hours/week | 13 weeks

Qualifications

Active Kentucky PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in PT
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
