Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a reputable rehabilitation program in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This flexible‑schedule role is perfect for a COTA who enjoys delivering hands‑on, function‑focused therapy under the direction of a licensed OT.

Key Responsibilities

Implement OT‑developed treatment plans
Assist patients with ADLs, strength, mobility, and cognitive tasks
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
Support patient safety and functional progress
Collaborate with OTs, PT/SLP teams, and nursing

Schedule Details

4×10s or 5×8s day shifts
40 hours/week
13‑week assignment

Qualifications

Active Arizona COTA license
Graduate of accredited COTA program
Minimum 1 year recent experience
