Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a reputable therapy department in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for an OT passionate about restoring independence and improving functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide interventions supporting ADLs, cognition, mobility, and home safety
Document patient progress clearly and promptly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies & equipment

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts
40 hours/week
13‑week assignment

Qualifications

Active Arizona OT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent OT experience
