Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a respected rehabilitation program in Morristown, New Jersey. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for a PT experienced in functional rehab, mobility restoration, and individualized therapy planning.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct PT evaluations and design personalized plans of care
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, gait, and functional strength
Collaborate with PTAs, OT/SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR
Support patient and caregiver education

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts
40 hours/week
13‑week assignment

Qualifications

Active New Jersey PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
