Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a reputable rehab program in Greene, New York. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for a PT skilled in functional rehabilitation, mobility restoration, and individualized therapy care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform PT evaluations and develop tailored plans of care
Provide therapy for mobility, strength, gait, and functional independence
Document all treatments and progress in EMR
Collaborate with PTAs, OT/SLP, nursing, and medical staff
Support patient education and safe discharge planning

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts
40 hours/week
13‑week assignment

Qualifications

Active New York PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
