Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a reputable therapy department in Carrollton, Virginia. This partial‑FTE schedule is ideal for an OT who excels in functional rehab, ADL training, and collaborative interdisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADL performance, cognition, and home‑safety skills
Document patient progress accurately in EMR
Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management teams
Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment

Schedule Details

3×9‑hour day shifts
27 hours/week
13‑week contract

Qualifications

Active Virginia OT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent OT experience
