Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a reputable rehabilitation program in Suffolk, Virginia. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for a PT who excels in functional rehab, patient‑centered therapy, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, gait, and functional independence
Document patient progress clearly and accurately within EMR
Collaborate closely with PTAs, OT/SLP, and nursing teams
Educate patients and families on home programming and safety

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts
40 hours/week
13‑week contract

Qualifications

Active Virginia PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent clinical PT experience
