Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a well‑regarded rehab department in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for a PT skilled in functional mobility, strengthening programs, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities

Perform PT evaluations and design individualized plans of care
Carry out mobility training, strength‑building, gait retraining, and functional rehab
Document treatments and progress within EMR
Work collaboratively with therapy and nursing teams
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour days
40 hours/week
13‑week assignment

Qualifications

Active North Carolina PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience
