Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for an established rehabilitation program in Hampton, Virginia. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for a clinician experienced in speech, language, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing rehabilitation across diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations for communication, cognition, voice, and swallowing
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Provide therapy targeting speech, cognitive‑linguistic, and dysphagia goals
Document patient progress accurately in EMR
Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and medical teams
Educate patients and caregivers

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour days
40 hours/week
13‑week travel assignment

Qualifications

Active Virginia SLP license
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
CCC‑SLP preferred
Minimum 1 year SLP experience
