Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a reputable rehabilitation program in Williamsburg, Virginia. This day‑shift travel role is perfect for a PT committed to restoring mobility, reducing pain, and helping patients achieve meaningful functional goals in a supportive therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for mobility and functional improvement
Document treatment and progress within the EMR
Collaborate with PTAs, OT/SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
Support patient/family education and safe discharge planning

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts
40 hours/week
13‑week travel assignment

Qualifications

Active Virginia PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
