Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans for patients

Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions

Track and document patient progress and outcomes

Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and exercises

Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize care

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Active New Mexico PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

Current BLS certification

Strong communication, patient care, and clinical reasoning skills
