Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions

Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and exercises

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Active New Hampshire PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

Current BLS certification
