This position provides a weekly blended rate of $2,920, based on five 8‑hour day shifts each week. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations to determine functional mobility and therapy needs
Develop individualized plans of care tailored to patient‑specific goals
Provide therapeutic interventions including strengthening, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining
Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately
Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs and long‑term functional strategies
Promote patient independence, safety, and measurable progress in mobility

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

Active Georgia PT license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years’ recent physical therapy experience preferred
