This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,920, based on five 8‑hour day shifts. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Provide therapeutic interventions including gait training, manual therapy, stretching, strengthening, and balance retraining
Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress with accuracy
Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, physicians, and care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional strategies
Promote patient independence, recovery, and safety

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

Active Georgia PT license
Degree from an accredited PT program
Current BLS certification
Recent clinical PT experience preferred
