This position provides a weekly blended rate of $3,000, based on five 8‑hour day shifts. Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and determine functional deficits
Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on ADLs, fine‑motor skills, cognition, strength, and safety
Provide interventions such as neuromuscular re‑education, adaptive equipment training, and therapeutic activities
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, environmental modifications, and long‑term success strategies
Document evaluations, daily treatments, and patient progress accurately
Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Promote patient independence and improved functional capacity

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

Active Wisconsin OT license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current BLS certification
Recent OT clinical experience preferred
