This assignment includes a weekly blended rate of $3,040, based on five 8‑hour day shifts. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

Conduct detailed PT evaluations to assess mobility, strength, gait, and functional needs
Develop personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient‑specific goals
Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, strengthening, gait training, and neuromuscular re‑education
Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and maintain comprehensive documentation
Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and caregivers about home exercise programs, recovery techniques, and safety strategies
Promote long‑term independence and functional success

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

Active Michigan PT license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS certification
Preferred 2+ years of recent PT experience
