Seven Healthcare is pleased to present a rewarding travel opportunity for a Pathology Assistant in Huntington, NY. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $3,800, based on five 8-hour day shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Pathology Assistant:
Perform gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens
Prepare tissue samples for histologic analysis and reporting
Assist with autopsies, specimen handling, and chain-of-custody
Maintain meticulous documentation and QA/QC standards

Requirements for the Pathology Assistant:
Certification as a Pathology Assistant (ASCP preferred)
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of recent pathology experience
Knowledge of CAP/CLIA compliance and laboratory safety protocols
