Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
Document progress and outcomes per facility and payer standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements for the Physical Therapist:
Active Connecticut PT license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience
Strong documentation and patient engagement skills
