Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Conduct evaluations and design targeted treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
Track outcomes, adjust plans, and document progress
Collaborate across disciplines to support patient-centered goals
Requirements for the Physical Therapist:
Active New Hampshire PT license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
