Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
Track outcomes, adjust plans, and document progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals
Requirements for the Physical Therapist:
Active California PT license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
