Key Responsibilities of the OR RN

Circulate and/or scrub for a wide range of surgical specialties
Prepare sterile fields and ensure OR equipment readiness
Maintain strict compliance with perioperative guidelines and safety procedures
Anticipate surgeon, anesthesia, and technical needs throughout surgeries
Chart operative details accurately in the EMR
Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and safe transport
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary perioperative teams

Requirements

Active Georgia RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
Strong surgical skillset and ability to work independently
