Seven Healthcare is excited to present a Travel Home Health RN opportunity in Asheville, North Carolina, offering a weekly blended rate of $2,625 for five 8‑hour day shifts per week. This role is ideal for an experienced Home Health RN confident in autonomous patient care, time‑management, strong clinical decision‑making, and providing skilled nursing support in patient homes.

Key Responsibilities of the Home Health RN

Conduct in‑home assessments addressing medical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
Develop personalized plans of care and coordinate services across disciplines
Provide wound care, injections, IV therapy, medication management, and skilled interventions
Educate patients and families on chronic‑disease management, safety, and self‑care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
Collaborate with providers, therapy, social workers, and case management
Manage caseload scheduling, travel routes, and visit prioritization effectively

Requirements of the Home Health RN

Active NC RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience
Reliable transportation required
