Description

Seven Healthcare is thrilled to present a high‑earning CVOR Registered Nurse opportunity in Asheville, North Carolina. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,950, based on four 10‑hour day shifts. This role is ideal for an experienced CVOR nurse who excels in circulating and/or scrubbing for cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures within a high‑acuity perioperative environment.

Key Responsibilities of the CVOR RN

Provide expert perioperative nursing care during CABG, valve, thoracic, aortic, and vascular surgeries
Circulate and/or scrub cases while maintaining strict sterile technique
Prepare instruments, equipment, and OR environment for cardiovascular procedures
Anticipate surgeon, anesthesia, and perfusion needs
Monitor patient safety, positioning, and hemodynamic stability
Perform accurate counts and complete detailed documentation
Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, perfusionists, and ICU recovery teams

Requirements of the CVOR RN

Active NC RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR or high‑acuity OR experience
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and workflow
