Seven Healthcare is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Travel Orthopedics Registered Nurse in Asheville, North Carolina. This assignment provides a weekly blended rate of $2,230, based on three 12‑hour day shifts per week. This role is ideal for an Ortho RN skilled in caring for surgical, fracture, mobility‑limited, and post‑operative orthopedic patients in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Orthopedics RN
Provide exceptional nursing care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries
Perform detailed assessments focusing on mobility, pain management, neurovascular checks, and wound care
Administer medications and work closely with PT/OT teams to support patient mobility
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, case managers, and interdisciplinary staff
Educate patients and families regarding post‑operative care, mobility expectations, and recovery planning
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy
Uphold safety, fall‑prevention, and infection‑control protocols
Requirements of the Orthopedics RN
Active North Carolina RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years’ recent Orthopedic or MedSurg experience
