Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a high‑value opportunity for an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse in Aventura, Florida. This role includes a weekly blended rate of $2,880, based on four 10‑hour day shifts per week. The ideal RN is confident supporting image‑guided procedures, pre‑/post‑op care, moderate sedation, and sterile technique in a collaborative IR environment.

Key Responsibilities of the IR RN

Provide pre‑, intra‑, and post‑procedure nursing care for image‑guided interventions (e.g., angiography, embolization, drains, biopsies, ports, lines)
Administer and monitor moderate sedation, assess patient readiness, and track recovery
Maintain sterile technique and ensure IR room readiness and equipment availability
Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, and comfort throughout procedures
Educate patients and families on procedure expectations and aftercare
Document assessments, medications, and procedural notes accurately
Collaborate with interventional radiologists, technologists, anesthesia, and recovery teams
Adhere to radiation safety, infection‑control standards, and facility protocols

Requirements of the IR RN

Active Florida RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS
2+ years’ recent Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, PACU, or ICU experience preferred
Strong IV/sedation skills and procedural competence
