This assignment provides a weekly blended rate of $1,760, based on three 12‑hour night shifts per week. This role is ideal for an experienced ED RN who thrives in high‑acuity environments, delivering rapid assessment, triage, and emergency interventions.

Key Responsibilities of the ED RN

Perform rapid triage, assessments, and stabilization for emergent patients
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
Support trauma care, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and acute medical conditions
Collaborate with ED physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Provide compassionate communication and education during stressful situations
Ensure adherence to ED safety standards and emergency protocols

Requirements of the ED RN

Active Texas RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (TNCC preferred)
Minimum 2 years’ recent Emergency Department experience
