Seven Healthcare is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Travel NICU Registered Nurse in Dallas, Texas. This assignment includes a weekly blended rate of $1,760, based on three 12‑hour night shifts. This role is ideal for a skilled and compassionate NICU RN dedicated to caring for premature and critically ill newborns while supporting families through emotionally significant experiences.

Key Responsibilities of the NICU RN
Provide specialized, developmentally appropriate care to premature and critically ill neonates
Perform continuous assessments and intervene promptly based on changes in condition
Manage ventilators, CPAP, high‑flow oxygen, umbilical lines, and IV drips
Administer medications, TPN, and nutritional support
Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary NICU teams
Document all assessments, treatments, and infant progress accurately
Educate and emotionally support parents and families through the NICU journey
Maintain strict adherence to infection‑control, safety, and NICU protocols
Requirements of the NICU RN
Active Texas RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS and NRP certifications (PALS preferred)
Minimum 2 years’ recent NICU experience
