This assignment provides a weekly blended rate of $1,585, based on three 12‑hour day shifts. Key Responsibilities of the Med Surg RN

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across a range of medical and post‑surgical diagnoses
Perform thorough assessments, administer medications, and track patient progress
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with hospital standards
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
Support safe mobility, recovery, and discharge planning

Requirements of the Med Surg RN

Active Texas RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years’ recent Med Surg experience
