Location: Tampa, Florida, USA

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a reputable rehabilitation program in Tampa, Florida. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for a PT focused on improving mobility and delivering patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, and strength
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Document patient care accurately in EMR

Schedule Details

8‑hour day shifts | 40 hours/week | 10 weeks

Qualifications

Active Florida PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
