Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a respected rehabilitation team in Rochester, New York. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for an OT focused on improving patient independence through targeted, functional therapy.

Key Responsibilities

Perform OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on ADLs, cognition, and functional recovery
Collaborate with PT, SLP, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient progress accurately in EMR
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts | 40 hours/week | 13 weeks

Qualifications

Active New York OT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent OT experience
