Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for a CVOR First Assist in Milwaukee, IL. This assignment consists of 10-hour day shifts, four days per week, totalling 40 hours, with a weekly pay of $2,760.

Key Responsibilities of the CVOR First Assist:
Assist cardiac surgeons during open heart and vascular procedures
Perform first assist duties including tissue handling, suturing, and hemostasis
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
Ensure proper positioning and preparation of patients for surgery
Anticipate surgeon needs and provide instruments and support during procedures
Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor patient condition intraoperatively and respond to changes
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and interventions
Requirements:
Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) or equivalent required
Minimum 2+ years of recent CVOR experience
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and anatomy
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced surgical environment
Excellent communication, teamwork, and technical skills
