Key Responsibilities

Verify, prepare, and dispense medications safely and accurately
Perform clinical reviews and support patient‑care plans
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Monitor drug interactions and therapeutic outcomes
Document pharmacy services in EMR

Qualifications

Active Michigan Pharmacist license
PharmD or equivalent
Minimum 1 year recent pharmacy experience
