Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled CVOR Surgical Technologist for a leading cardiac surgery program in Falls Church, Virginia. This day‑shift role is ideal for a tech experienced in complex cardiovascular procedures and supporting high‑acuity OR teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and thoracic procedures
Prepare instruments, equipment, and sterile fields
Maintain strict aseptic technique throughout surgeries
Anticipate surgical needs to ensure smooth workflow
Support OR turnover and equipment readiness

Schedule Details

4×10‑hour day shifts | 40 hours/week | 13 weeks

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA preferred)
Minimum 1 year recent CVOR experience
Strong knowledge of cardiac surgical instrumentation
