Key Responsibilities

Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy focused on mobility, strength, and functional recovery
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Document patient care accurately in EMR

5×8‑hour day shifts | 40 hours/week | 13 weeks

Qualifications

Active Minnesota PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
