• Contract Duration: 8 weeks
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Shift Length: 12-hour day shifts
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,929 - $2,144
• Schedule: Every weekend plus one rotating weekday
• Float Requirements: Within specialty and to ED hold as needed
• Holiday Coverage: Typically not scheduled, subject to census
• Requested Time Off: Maximum 3 days accepted
• Block Scheduling/Special Requests: Not permitted

ER RN Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Prior travel nursing experience (at least one completed contract assignment)
• Active New Jersey RN License or Compact RN License
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (no pending or expiring within 30 days)
• Ability to complete full orientation as scheduled

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
• Float to ED hold and within specialty as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in all required orientation activities (virtual and in-person)
• Comply with facility policies, timely badge acquisition, and HealthStream module completion
• Maintain all required nursing certifications and licensure
