Estimated Weekly Pay: $2010 - $2340
Shift: 8-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Monday through Friday
Shifts per Week: 5
Hours per Week: 40

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
Minimum 3 years of recent CVOR nursing experience (scrub and circulate roles required)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and operating room protocols
Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

CVOR Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and positive outcomes
Scrub and circulate for a range of cardiovascular surgeries as a CVOR RN
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to provide high-quality healthcare
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and healthcare standards
Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and care planning
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
