Travel Nursing Job Details

Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (North Carolina healthcare jobs)
Facility Setting: Operating Room (OR)
Start Date: September 2, 2025
End Date: November 30, 2025
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1630 - $1750
Scrub Color: Provided
Parking: Free on-site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
Experience circulating in surgical specialties: Ortho, Total Joints, Vascular, GYN, Robotics (Davinci XI), General, Urology, ENT, Eyes, Pain, Plastics, Oral/Maxillofacial
Scrub nurse experience preferred
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Must reside at least 50 miles from the Charlotte facility
First-time travel nurses not accepted

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Circulate and assist in diverse surgical procedures: orthopedic, vascular, gynecological, robotic, general, urology, ENT, ophthalmic, pain management, plastics, and oral/maxillofacial cases
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia team, and multidisciplinary healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC EMR
Follow safety protocols and infection control standards
Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing nursing education
Deliver compassionate patient care and support throughout the surgical experience
