Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
BLS certification (AHA) required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals in the ER
Perform rapid clinical assessments and triage of incoming patients
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Provide support and education to patients and families during critical healthcare situations
