Position: Home Health Registered Nurse – Travel Contract
Location: Bloomington, IN (Bedford/Bloomington territory)
Healthcare Setting: In-Home Health Care
Start Date: November 3, 2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5 shifts per week (Monday – Friday)
Shift Hours: 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,781 - $1,979
Openings: 2 Home Health RN positions available

Home Health RN Qualifications

Active Indiana or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at time of submission)
Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience within the past 3 years (required)
Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) software (required)
Experience with OASIS documentation (required)
Current BLS certification (required)

Home Health Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes across the Bedford/Bloomington market
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer skilled nursing interventions and monitor patient progress
Accurately document patient care using HCHB and OASIS systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management and home care procedures
Maintain compliance with all Indiana state and federal healthcare regulations
