• End Date: April 26, 2026
• Duration: 26 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Number of Openings: 9 ICU RN positions
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680–$1800

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and valid California RN License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
• At least 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience as a staff RN, with direct ICU/critical care experience
• Ability to pass health screenings and background checks
• Completion of onboarding documentation and ICU nursing skills checklists

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver direct patient care in the ICU, following clinical standards and protocols
• Educate patients and families, and supervise other nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status, including hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostic results
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and treatment response
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in all interactions
