Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Details

• Job Title: RN Supervisor – Hospital Nursing Services
• Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360 (Massachusetts nursing jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel contract
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• End Date: February 28, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,700 – $2,770
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• On-site Registered Nurse position

RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or acute care settings
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must have been separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months (permanent, per diem, or contract)
• Successful completion of pass/fail clinical testing prior to acceptance

RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital operations and all nursing units during assigned shifts
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical support to nursing staff
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and maintain safety standards
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resource allocation across hospital units
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Serve as a clinical resource for decision-making and problem-solving
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
