ICU RN Job Details – Ithaca, NY
- Assignment Length: 3 weeks (March 17, 2025 – April 7, 2025)
- Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York healthcare jobs)
- Shifts: Day shifts, 3x12 hour shifts per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,620 – $2,810
- Employment Type: Travel RN, W2
- No on-call required
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York RN license preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
ICU RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and care coordination
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly
- Support the ICU team during the EPIC Go Live transition
