ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nursing Job in Ithaca, NY – Night Shift

ICU RN Job Details

Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York healthcare job)
Assignment Length: 3 weeks (March 17, 2025 – April 7, 2025)
Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Travel Nurse Assignment
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts per week)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,620–$2,810 per week
Employment Type: Travel RN, W2

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or compact state
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
Experience with EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system required
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication abilities

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients
Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate clinical documentation and patient management
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor, assess, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
