LPN Qualifications – Long Term Care Nursing Jobs

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license – Vermont or compact state
• BLS certification through AHA
• Minimum 3 years of LPN experience in healthcare settings
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Long term care and dementia patient care experience required
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• Complete work history (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) required
• Reliable transportation; public transit is not available in Berlin, VT
• Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires during winter months
• Explanation required for employment gaps over 90 days
