ICU Travel Nurse Job Details

• Location: Beachwood, Ohio 44122 (Greater Cleveland area)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 25, 2026 – End: April 25, 2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN), On-Site
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1800 - $1840

ICU RN Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Critical Care (ICU) certification preferred
• Experience with cardiac care and open heart orientation highly desirable
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Completion of all onboarding and compliance requirements, including:
  • MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, Influenza, TB/PPD, physical/health statement, drug screen
  • Background checks and competency exams
  • Driver's License or State ID
  • Skills checklist and submission packet

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Support cardiac care and open heart orientation programs as needed
• Participate in virtual nursing support initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
