Nursing Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Estimated Weekly Salary: $1260 - $1350

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Texas RN license or compact state eligibility
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Mother/Baby, Postpartum, or Antepartum nursing
Proficiency in fetal monitoring and antepartum care
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment

Mother/Baby RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns
Monitor maternal and fetal status, including fetal monitoring and antepartum assessments
Educate patients and families on postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding support
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
