Travel RN Job Details

• Location: Hyannis, MA (Cape Cod) – Massachusetts healthcare opportunity
• Facility: Acute Care Hospital – CCH Float Pool
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/19/2026 – End: 4/18/2026)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am), every other weekend and holiday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Floating: Potential to float between CCH & FH campuses

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care hospital (within the last 2 years)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Telemetry nursing experience required
• Must pass CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia Exams prior to start date
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Preferred: Experience with cardiac, post-surgical, oncology, dialysis, orthopedic, and neuro patients

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in a telemetry setting
• Direct and guide patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Document comprehensive assessments, including physical, psychological, and social dimensions, as well as discharge planning
• Serve as a resource for patient care, orientation, and staff education
• Demonstrate proficiency in computerized nursing informatics and electronic health records
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold hospital and nursing standards
• Float between Med/Surg, cardiac, oncology, surgical, dialysis, orthopedic, and neuro units as needed
