Travel Nursing Job Details

• Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Home Health
• Location: Tukwila, WA (serving West Seattle and King County)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/1/2025, End: 3/1/2026)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• On-call/Weekend Requirements: None
• EMR System: HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2350 - $2410 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of home health nursing experience in a Medicare-certified healthcare facility
• Proficient in HCHB EMR system
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel throughout King County for patient visits

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality and compassionate clinical support
• Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Accurately document patient interactions and care provided using HCHB EMR
• Meet productivity standards (30 points for 40 hours per week)
• Travel to patient homes across King County and West Seattle as needed
