Travel Nursing Job Details
- Location: Burlington, MA (Zip: 01805) – Greater Boston healthcare jobs
- Assignment Type: Travel RN
- Unit: Nursing Float Pool (Medical-Surgical Telemetry)
- Start Date: December 15, 2025
- End Date: March 14, 2026
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), 4-week blocks
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Days: Sat/Sun; Nights: Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Floating: May float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units in 4-hour blocks
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing license preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- EPIC charting experience required
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred
- Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel nursing experience
- Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months if previously employed
- Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available)
RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit and float pool
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
- Float as needed to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other units
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records
- Maintain patient safety and comply with hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing nursing education and maintain required certifications
