• Location: Middle Township, NJ 08210 (New Jersey nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Schedule: Per diem; 3 weekend shifts and 2 weekday shifts per 6-week schedule
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Holiday Requirement: One winter, one summer, and one hallmark holiday per year
• Floating: Required to float to all similar outpatient units
• Contract Length: 13-week contract
• Start Date: December 3, 2025
• Cancellation Policy: Shifts may be cancelled with 2 hours' notice
• Hourly Pay Rate: $85.56
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $690 - $720

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in outpatient or acute care settings
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to float to similar outpatient units as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient healthcare setting
• Document and manage patient information using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Float to like units to support patient care needs across the facility
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Deliver compassionate care and patient education to individuals and families
